Abstract

This paper analysis the operation of wind turbine system with synchronous generator and includes a energy storage system while wind speed and load variations At first, the holistic model of the entire system is prepared, including the synchronous generator, boost converter, and energy storage system. The main purpose is to supply 230-V/50-Hz do-mestic appliances through a single-phase inverter. The simulation results are achieved using MATLAB (simulink), sim power, validated by experimental testing show a good prediction of the electrical parameter waveforms.
