One of the important issues in the most service and manufacturing environment is, getting a suitable combination of the human resources and service stations. Fuzzy control of queues is a new method for controlling the cost of the system, number of customers waiting in the queue and many other aspects of queue. This paper presents the two models of planning queuing systems and its effect on the cost of each system by using the two fuzzy queuing models of M/M/1 and M/E_2/1. As the first section, we have compared the two queuing models based on the cost of each model and fuzzy ranking methods are used to select optimal model due to the resulted complexity. Approximate method of extension namely DSW (Dong, Shah & Wong) [20] algorithm is used to define the membership function of the performance measures for both the queuing models which the arrival and service rate are Fuzzy numbers. DSW algorithm[20] is based on the α – cut representation of fuzzy sets in a standard interval analysis. A sensitivity analysis is also carried out to help the decision maker in selecting the optimal model. Numerical illustration is also solved to demonstrate the validity of the proposed approach.
